Q: How much notice do I need to give for ordering cookies?
A: For custom cookies I prefer to book about 2 weeks in advance. Orders requested after the two week notice time period will be charged a 25% rush fee (if there is any availability).

A: Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until they are paid in full.
Terms and Conditions
We are a home based bakery. Your invoice must be paid in full within 48 hours. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Changes to your order must be made within one week of scheduled delivery. All products are weather sensitive and made with various mediums such as butter, sugar and chocolate, that will easily melt. Please handle with care and keep in a cool area out of direct sunlight. Crave is not responsible for any damage to a product once it has been picked up by customer. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR ANY REASON. Customer is to pick up their order on time, If order is not picked up within 1 hour of scheduled pick up time , we will not continue to hold product ADDITIONALLY any monies paid for item will not be refunded. Customer agrees to all conditions upon payment of invoice.
